Terms and Conditions - Olive Tree Villa, Belek, Turkey

Insurance
For peace of mind, we would recommend you have appropriate travel insurance, which is available through most insurance brokers.

Damages & Utilities
All normal utilities are included in your rental price. Guests are required to notify the Olive Tree villa management company (contact details can be found in the pack in the villa) immediately of any significant damages to the villa and/or its contents during their stay.

You as the Guest agree to take all reasonable steps to ensure that your family and other guests in your party adhere to the rules and regulations affecting the villa. Rearranging the furniture or removing any items from the villa is strictly prohibited.

Smoking Restrictions
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa as a condition of rental. Guests may smoke on the balconies, roof terrace and in the garden only. Ash trays are provided for this purpose only. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in termination of the contract with no refunds given.

Liability
Children must be supervised at ALL times including inside the villa, on the terraces and especially by the pool and on any balconies.

Please be aware that the villa has areas that could become slippery when wet such as the marble terraces and the bedroom/bathroom floors. Please take care around thease areas and refrain children from running in these areas.

We assume no liability for property loss or damages, nor liability for injury, accidents, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle or the acts of any company or persons engaged in conveying passengers to or from their villa. Transportation (airlines, ferries, charter vessels, rental cars and taxis) is supplied by providers who operate independently. We assume no responsibility, therefore, for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property because of the acts of those providers.

Furthermore, Guests are responsible for the villa during occupancy, and must lock all windows and doors securely at all times and switch off all air-conditioning units when not on the premises.

Complaints
We shall make every effort to keep our villa and its contents in good working order. In case of a maintenance problem, we will strive to repair the problem as soon as possible after being notified. However, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as the supply of electricity, telephone service, water, pool filtration systems, air conditioning, television or cable service, appliances, etc. It is the Guest's obligation to report any problems or damage to their villa IMMEDIATELY to our Management Company.

Drugs & Hazardous Materials
Guests and their party members shall not use or permit to be brought into any villa any illegal substances, inflammable fluids (e.g., gasoline, kerosene, naphtha or benzene), or other explosives or articles deemed hazardous to life, limb or property.

Villa Keys and Remote Controls
Guests shall be required to pay to the Olive Tree Villa owners £25 for each set of lost or mishandled keys and £25 each for lost or mishandled air conditioning or television remote controls.

Number of Guests
The total number of persons allowed in the villa at any one time is restricted to a maximum of 8, based on two persons per bedroom. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to pay for the excess persons immediately, or shall vacate the villa without refund.

Privacy
It is required that all Guests maintain a family atmosphere for the quiet enjoyment of other Guests. We rent to family groups and responsible adults only; absolutely NO house parties or functions such as weddings are allowed without advance WRITTEN permission from the owners of the Villa.

Arrivals and Departures
Villas must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure to allow for services to be carried out for incoming Guests. Villas for incoming Guests will be ready from 3pm on the same day.
