Rates and Availability - Olive Tree Villa, Belek, Turkey
The cost of the villa is £475 per week for up to 4 people (If there are more than 4 people staying in the villa then there is an additional £50 per week charge per person over the age of 10)For a two week stay the cost is £860 for 4 people (same charges above for extra guests).
Note there is no increase for school holidays!
Booking Terms A £200 deposit is required at time of booking. The balance rental payment will be due in full 6 weeks prior to rental dates together with a security deposit of £200. This security deposit will be returned within 14 days of the end of rental period, subject to satisfactory report from property agents.
Should the full rental balance and deposit not be received 6 weeks prior to the rental period, then we reserve the right to cancel the booking. In this event, the full deposit paid will be retained to cover administration / rental expenses.
Should you cancel your booking prior to the rental dates, the following charges will apply:
Cancellation 8+ weeks prior to rental period 50% of deposit paid
Cancellation 6-8 weeks prior to rental period 100% of deposit paid
Cancellation 4-6 weeks prior to rental period 50% of applicable rental amount
Cancellation 2-4 weeks prior to rental period 75% of applicable rental amount
Cancellation 0-2 weeks prior to rental period 100% of applicable rental amount
