Every Tuesday in Kadriye and every Saturday in Belek there is a market which is well worth a visit. Here you will find local farmers selling their wares from freshly picked oranges and lemons, fresh juicy olives, feta cheese, ripe tomatoes and a whole variety of other fruit and vegetables. Most of the produce at the market is grown locally, is all organic and is very cheap. You really can taste the difference!

In the local town of Kadriye there is an abundance of shops selling leather clothes, designer clothes, handbags, shoes, ornaments, Turkish carpets and of course, Turkish delight. There are a couple of very good chemists and a large bank with an ATM.

There are tour shops which sell tours to the local sites such as Aspendos and into Antalya City. All of the tours are reasonably priced and arrangements can be made to be picked up near to the villa.

By special arrangement with a local tour company, it is possible to arrange a bespoke guided and private tour for your group or family, simply ask for details.

Remember – the Turkish expect you to haggle the price, you will soon get into the swing of it! If they offer you a Turkish coffee or tea and if you have the time, please accept, it is not a way of getting you to buy anything, it is just Turkish hospitality!
